SHIPPING & RETURNS

PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES
Our current proccessing time for orders is approximately 3-5 business days. We offer standard USPS Ground shipping (3-5 days) and upgraded USPS Priority Mail shipping for an additional fee (1-3 days).
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of personalization, we do not accept returns at this time. If for any reason your item arrives damaged, we kindly ask that you send us a photo of the item within (1) week of delivery to shopfreedomacrefarm@gmail.com. We will either send you a full refund or send out a new item free of charge (at the discretion of Freedom Acre Farm Co.).
